The location was excellent, just 15 minutes walk to central Amsterdam. Steep stairs made it challenging with luggage.

We had great and satisfactory breakfasts for free-cereal.

Superfriendly and accommodating staff, gave a lot of information. It was silent room with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.
The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

the rooms were all neat and silent in such condition. location: the hotel was so close to a tram that is easy to use to get to the center, city center and a metro station.

The hotel was clean, just a walking distance for all the city highlights
The lobby was weird, it's a ticket sale

Poorly designed storage options in the room contribute to clutter!!! Setting room temperatures at 20C feels unwelcoming for comfort!!! Beds need replacement for a better stay experience!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and liked it. Our room was clean and quiet. Location was not central but it still was possible to walk everywhere. We did not mind steep stairs, they were part of real Amsterdam experience. Breakfast was basic - tipical for a small hotel - and everybody was very friendly.

Location is okay, at the south fringe of Amsterdam Centrum. Accessible via trams from Fredriksplein.
Wish the WiFi connection could be better. Poor or no signal if you're staying above 2nd floor.

The culinary vibe nearby is buzzing, especially with Il Boccalino just a hop away-perfect for pasta lovers! The staff was super kind and the WiFi was on point.
While the stairs were a workout, the room could've used a serious facelift. It felt worn out and a bit dusty. Still, I can't say it was the absolute worst. There's potential!

Very good position in a quiet part of Amsterdam. On the tram routes. Very accessible to shops and canals. Quiet, small hotel in a nice area with good people.
The room could have been bigger. It was really a single room advertised as a double room.

Quite and silent region at nights, close to tram (5 min walking), close to food shop (middle size supermarket),nice view from window and from terrace (green park), close to Hermitage (5-10 min walking).
Hard to walk upstairs with baggage but friendly staff will gladly help.

No nonsense, just the truth
Charming little hotel in a superb location! Just steps away from the tram station and surrounded by good cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed peaceful walks in the nearby park. The staff were helpful and communicative, accommodating my late arrival. Room was tidy and clean, reflecting Dutch hospitality.
